Bethel Park students excel in the AATG National German Exam
Bethel Park High School Honors and AP German students earned 16 awards on the 66th annual National German Exam, competing against 12,000 students nationwide.
BPHS freshman earns Goethe Institute award, study trip to Austria
Bethel Park High School freshman Michael Koontz won the Goethe Institute's "Step into German" Award of Excellence, earning a two-week, all-expenses-paid German language program in Obertauern, Austria, this summer.
Bethel Park German students dominate regional competition
Bethel Park High School German students earned six awards at the AATG Three Rivers German Day Competition on April 9 at Washington & Jefferson College, the most of any participating school. Junior Victoria Carberry led the way with top finishes in multiple art categories, while other students placed in writing and academic competitions.
April Crumbl Cookies Students and Staff of the Month
Crumbl Cookies recently announced its April 2026 Students of the Month. The honorees receive a certificate acknowledging their contribution to their school and community and a Bethel Park t-shirt. They also receive a $15 gift card and a free cookie from Crumbl Cookies.
Independence Middle School student earns national title at inaugural NCFL Middle School Nationals
Lily Edwards, an eighth grader at Independence Middle School, earned national recognition in March at the inaugural National Catholic Forensic League Middle School Nationals, winning a national title in dramatic performance and placing sixth in prose reading. She also competed the same weekend in a local freshman/sophomore tournament at Seton LaSalle Catholic High School.
