The Bethel Park School District has named Anna Borsos its new director of finance. She is expected to join the district by early December.
Borsos comes to Bethel Park from the Montour School District, where she has served as director of finance since July 2013. At Montour, she oversees the district's $84 million general fund budget and manages its general, capital project, capital reserve, cafeteria and activity funds, as well as the operation of the district's business office.
Before joining Montour, Borsos worked for the South Side Area School District in Beaver County.
Her career spans 33 years in corporate accounting and finance in both the private and public sectors, including the past 16 years in school district fiscal management.
Borsos holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Robert Morris University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials.
