Seventeen students inducted into BPHS chapter of the Spanish National Honor Society

Seventeen students were welcomed into the Sociedad Honoraria Hispánica at a ceremony May 14, recognizing their academic excellence and dedication to Spanish language studies.

The organization recognizes high school achievement in Spanish and promotes interest in Hispanic studies. To be eligible, students must maintain a 3.30 GPA in Spanish and a 3.00 overall GPA in the year they enroll in Spanish 3. Candidates are also evaluated on character, leadership and service.

Inductees are Pratiktshya Adhikari, Emma Clouston, Nora Cooley, Caleb Crawford, Colton Fisher, Jane Hughes, Alexis Klutch, Annabella Laffey, Jiale Manuelli, Grace Mattila, Maisy McDowell, Ruby Means, Brooklyn Nagel, Diana Neel, Sophia Nguyen, Adalynn Owen, and Apsha Rai.
