Allegheny Health Network Sports Medicine will provide high school sports physicals on Monday, May 18, 2026, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the AHN Peters Township Health and Wellness Pavilion, Orthopaedic Institute Offices, 144 Gallery Drive, McMurray.
Appointments must be registered in advance at events.ahn.org by searching “Sports Physicals” and selecting “Allegheny Health Network High School Sports Physicals – Peters.” Students should bring completed Section 5 and blank Section 6 of the PIAA CIPPE form. Physicals are free or $20, depending on the student’s school, with cash or check accepted at the appointment.
