Description: 

The purpose of the Facilities and Operations Committee is to ensure the school district’s buildings, grounds, and daily operations are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. The committee works with district leadership to review facility needs, maintenance plans, transportation, and operational services, and to recommend improvements when necessary. It helps guide decisions related to the upkeep and use of district resources, ensuring that the learning environment supports both students and staff. Ultimately, its role is to ensure that the district’s facilities and operations are managed effectively and contribute to a safe and productive educational setting.
