Facilities & Operations

Facilities and Operations has primary responsibility for the stewardship of the school district's physical properties, including thousands of square feet of building space. We are responsible for sophisticated and complex academic, clinical, and athletic facilities, as well as associated environmental stewardship and regulatory compliance. F&O is a positive organization dedicated to the principles of being respectful, collaborative, solutions-based, and proactive.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to provide a safe and comfortable environment conducive to learning for students, faculty, and community and to do so in a way that’s cost-effective and forward-thinking. Our employees are responsible for the care and upkeep of school facilities — including maintenance, cleaning, and building management. We strive to prolong and exceed the life expectancy of all district facilities.


Our Vision:

Our vision is to efficiently operate, maintain, and renovate Bethel Park School District facilities and to do so in a way that provides superior service to our customers – students, their parents, staff, and the community. We strive to complete our work quickly and in a manner that causes minimum impact or disruptions.
