Summer slide is always a concern, especially this year. To help avoid it, Bethel Park School District will again host Camp Invention at Neil Armstrong Middle School (5800 Murray Ave., Bethel Park, PA 15102), July 19-23.
The nationally acclaimed summer STEM program teaches kids in grades K-6 how to develop skills like persistence, confidence, creativity, and problem-solving.
Camp Invention runs daily from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. The cost of the five-day camp is $245 but there are still plenty of discounts available to those who secure their spot now. Guests will have the option to camp in person or at home. Extended day hours are also available.
