Students Have Fun Learning With Science Center Assemblies

← Back Print This Article

Franklin students enjoyed learning, thanks to two fun, hands-on assemblies presented by the Carnegie Science Center.
Some of the students participated in the "Grand Slam" program, which discussed the science of baseball.
The rest of the students participated in the "Who Wants to be an Engineer" assembly.  This assembly encouraged the students to "Imagine it! Make it! Make it better!"
Both programs enabled the students to participate in several hands-on activities to provide a better understanding of how science influences so many things in the world.
