Franklin students had the opportunity to meet a therapy dog during one of their library sessions.
The students met Teddy, a six year old Samoyed, who is owned by Pam Lewis. The students learned about therapy dogs, including the training needed to earn the certification and what therapy dogs do.
Teddy was front and center as parent Christine Guenther read the story, The Night I Followed the Dog, to the students.
The students enjoyed getting to meet and pet Teddy, who loved the attention. Please click here
