Due to the covid-19 protocols we will be conducting these meetings virtually or through the USPS mail OR email. You will receive an email from your child's caseworker that includes the paperwork for this year's annual review. After you review those documents we would be happy to discuss any questions with you for clarification or further creation.
You have a few options at that point:
--I would like to request a virtual meeting to review the document together with the team.
If those documents are to your agreement then please complete the signature pages and return those to the district:
--I will complete paperwork and return signature pages to the school 10 school days after I have received the documents(USPS mail, drop off to main office, or email return to your caseworker).
--I would like to speak to someone about an individual need for my child -- an informal call will suffice -- and then I will complete paperwork and return signature pages to school.
