Washington First Graders in Mr. August's, Mrs. Ellison's and Mrs. Walsh's classes had fun celebrating Earth Day.
Every student made a paper cut-out of themselves and took a picture with their cut-out, showing something they did to help the Earth.
Eco-friendly activities included recycling, turning off lights or running water, planting a tree or flowers, walking instead of riding in a car, not watching television for a day—instead reading or playing a game, and participating in a book exchange.
The teachers took all of the students' pictures and turned it into a charming video. Please click here
