The annual Pennsylvania System School Assessment (PSSA) is a standards-based, criterion-referenced assessment that provides students, parents, educators, and citizens with an understanding of student and school performance related to attaining proficiency in the academic standards.
These English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science and Technology standards identify what a student should know and be able to do at varying grade levels. School districts can design curriculum and instruction to ensure students meet or exceed the standards and expectations.
Here are Bethel Park's testing dates in which students in grades 3-8 will be tested in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics. Students in grades 4 and 8 will also be tested in Science.
