Bethel Park High School seniors Elizabeth Costanzo and Brandon Furniss were presented with the 2018 SHASDA Award from the South Hills Area School Districts Association at its Spring Conference, held on April 28.
The awards were presented to students who have demonstrated significant improvement in student performance and/or have overcome obstacles to succeed. The award is designed to recognize growth and improvement.
Bethel Park is one of 23 SHASDA member school districts, which selected two seniors to receive this award. The theme for this year’s conference was “Viewing Obstacles as Opportunities to Succeed.”
