New Student Registration (1-12)

If you and your family are new to Bethel Park, we welcome you to the district and look forward to enrolling your child into our schools! The following information will help you begin the online registration process and save time on your enrollment.

After completing the online registration process, in lieu of scheduling an onsite appointment, someone from your child's new school will contact you.

Step 2:  Gather and Submit the Appropriate Online Enrollment Documentation



You will need to upload the following completed documents to submit your child's online registration:

  1. Proof of Child’s Age - birth certificate, baptismal certificate, etc.

  1. Please see BP Policy 200 for additional information

  2. Proof of Residency - One from each category is required:

    1. A deed, current mortgage statement, or a current lease, 

    2. Current utility bill, current credit card bill, property tax bill, vehicle registration, driver’s license, or DOT identification card. 

  3. Health History 

  4. Dental Form

  5. Speech/Language Form

  6. Lead Testing

  7. Physical Exam (including immunization history)

  8. School Emergency Card
