The Bethel Park High School Black Hawk Marching Band has a long-standing tradition of marching and musical excellence. The Band is patterned after the "Big Ten" traditional style of marching, and works to present a combination of marching and music, that together--along with our Majorette and Bethette routines--give our audiences a memorable performance.
Over the past 30-plus years, the Bethel Park Marching Band has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada. The Band has received numerous "Superior" ratings at Music Festivals, most recently in Orlando, FL, where the Band was also featured at Walt Disney's Magic Kingdom during its "Share a Dream Come True" Parade.
Additionally, the Band has performed for Pittsburgh Steelers' audiences, in many local parades and have appeared with Marvin Hamlisch and the Pittsburgh Symphony Pops Orchestra at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh, as part of its subscription series.
A special thank you goes out to the Bethel Park Music Boosters for their continued efforts and dedication to the Bethel Park High School Marching Band.
