The Bethel Park School District Human Resources Department supports the school district in a number of ways:

  • Recruits, hires and staffs qualified professional and non-professional employees.
  • Handles all employee and labor relations issues.
  • Administers Health, Life and Workers Compensation benefits.
  • Maintains employee records and certification information.
  • Handles all requests for FMLA, Maternity and Sabbatical Leaves of Absence.

All BPSD employees must have updated clearances in order to continue their employment.
