The Bethel Park School District will no longer be accepting hard copy teaching applications. Applicants for Professional Vacancies must submit their information via www.pa-Educator.net. The Bethel Park School District will not accept any professional teaching applications mailed directly to the school district.

The district will continue to receive applications for Administrative, Classified, Professional Substitute and Classified Substitute positions at 301 Church Road; Bethel Park, PA 15102 or resources.human@bphawks.org.

Internal Transfer Requests
If you are applying for an Internal Transfer within your current classification, please download and complete the Internal Transfer Request Form (Microsoft Word required) and email to Mr. Leonard Corazzi, Director of Finance, Operations and Human Resources at corazzi.leonard@bphawks.org.
Employment Requirements
All persons must complete the following requirements in order to be considered eligible for employment with the Bethel Park School District:


The Bethel Park School District utilizes PA-Educator.net as a clearinghouse for applicants seeking teaching positions with the District.  The Bethel Park School District conducts its applicant search via PA-Educator.  Interested individuals applying for professional opportunities within the Bethel Park School District must have a complete packet online with PA-Educator and apply specifically to the posting number.  For further information concerning the online application process, you can visit the PA-Educator website at www.pa-educator.net.

The Bethel Park School District does not accept paper application packets for professional positions.  All candidates for professional positions will be selected from the PA-Educator applicant pool unless advertised otherwise.  Duplicate packets should not be sent to the Bethel Park School District.  Unsolicited materials cannot be acknowledged or returned.



Daily Rate for Substitute Teacher:            $90

Daily Rate for Half Day:                                $50

Bus Drivers and Aides

The Bethel Park School District is looking to hire Substitute Bus Drivers and Bus Aides. Bus Drivers should have a commercial driver’s license and at least one year of bus driving experience, as well as an appreciation and desire to work with students in grades kindergarten through 12. However, the school district will provide the necessary training to obtain a commercial driver’s license at no cost to bus driver candidates.

Bus Aides must have an appreciation and a desire to work with special needs students.
Substitute positions may lead to permanent positions, including individual medical insurance and other benefits. Interested candidates can apply in person at the Transportation Department, located at 3064 Industrial Boulevard or call 412-854-8414.

Substitute Custodians

The Bethel Park School District is looking to hire Substitute Custodians. Individuals must have a strong work ethic and be able to work well in an educational environment. All candidates must pass a background check before beginning work. Substitute positions may lead to permanent positions, including medical insurance and other benefits.
