Second Graders Read Autobiographical Story

Second graders in Colleen Manganello's room studied the autobiographical genre by reading the story, "Winners Never Quit," by Soccer Olympian Mia Hamm.  In addition to understanding what makes a story autobiographical, the student were also inspired by Ms. Hamm's journey of perseverance from neighborhood soccer player to Olympic champion.
