2017 - 2018 - End of The Year Key Dates - Chromebook Collection

Early Collection: May 7 - May 11

Senior Collection: May 15 and May 16

Freshman Collection: May 21 and May 22

Sophomore Collection: May 16 and May 18

Junior Collection: May 22 and May 23  

 

Monday, May 15 - Senior Send-Off- 6:30 PM - High School

Wednesday, May 23 - Senior Awards Assembly - 6:30 PM -  High School Auditorium 

Monday, May 28 - Memorial Day - school not in session 

Wednesday, May 30 - Move Up Day - Underclassmen/Book Return - Students report at regulat time (7:25 AM) with a 2-Hour Move Up Day Schedule followed by a 2-Hour Academic Delay for regular classes. First day of Graduation Practice - 10:45 AM - Seniors report to the Auditorium.

Thursday, May 31 - Last Day Graduation Practice -10:45 AM - Cap and Gown Distribution 

Thursday, May 31 - Baccalaureate 7:00 PM HS Auditorium 

Friday, June 1 - Last day of school for students - Full day of school

Saturday, June 2 - Graduation! 10:00 AM- HS Gymnasium 

Friday, June 8 - Kennywood Day - school is not in session

 

BETHEL PARK HIGH SCHOOL FINAL EXAM STUDENT PROCEDURES 2017 - 2018

  • In order for a student to be excused from testing on the scheduled day, they must make prior arrangements with their teacher and have the Head Principal’s approval.
  • Students who do not report to school for a final exam, without pre-approval, will result in a FAILURE for the exam. 
  • Emergency absences only will be handled individually by the Head Principal; students not reporting to testing without pre-approval will result in a FAILURE of the respective exam.
  • All arrivals past 7:25 a.m. must report into the Attendance Office before attending classes.  All attendance procedures will remain in place.
  • A student MAY NOT leave the high school during the day.  Early releases WILL NOT BE APPROVED during final exam testing days.  PARENT PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
