District Welcomes Joseph Villani As New BPHS Associate Principal

The Bethel Park School District welcomes Joseph P. Villani as the new Associate Principal at Bethel Park High School.

 
Mr. Villani joins the Bethel Park High School Administrative Team from the Seneca Valley School District, where he was the Assistant Principal at Seneca Valley High School. Prior to being named High School Assistant Principal, he served as a Data and Assessment Assistant Principal for the District’s secondary schools.
 
Mr. Villani began his teaching career in the West Allegheny School District, where he worked as a Middle School Gifted Coordinator and Horizons Teacher, before being named Career and Transition Coordinator for West Allegheny High School and Middle School.
 
His experience also includes serving as a Middle School Language Arts Teacher and a High School Emotional Support Teacher in the Keystone Oaks School District.
 
Mr. Villani attended the University of Pittsburgh where he graduated with a BA in History and Communications and Rhetoric, and received his PA Teaching Certificate in Social Studies. He also earned his Master of Education in Secondary Education from Pitt.
 
Additionally he has certifications in K-12 Special Education, Elementary Education, Mid-Level Mathematics and Mid-Level English Language Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He received his K-12 Administrative Certificate from California University of Pennsylvania.
