Penn Hosts Camp Invention For Second Consecutive Year

For the second consecutive year, William Penn hosted a Camp Invention for students in grades K-6, and this year's Camp Invention was the largest attended in Western Pennsylvania.

This five day experience enabled students to participate in numerous STEM activities, including creating their own ultimate Spy Gadget Alarm Box by upcycling everyday machines; designing duct tape products and pitching them to mock investors; exploring a new exoplanet and designing inventions to create the next Earth; launching bottle rockets; building bubble blasters and engineering giant castles.

The students had a great time using their creativity to make something meaningful.
