The Weekly STEAM Challenges continue for Team Ranger students this school year!
This challenge had students working together to design the tallest, freestanding structure possible by using only 30 popsicle sticks and one meter of tape.
Students first drew a rough sketch of their design in two-dimensions, and then attempted to create the 3D structure using the allowable materials.
On Tuesday, Devin, Owen and Hunter built the tallest structure at 76 centimeters. On Wednesday, Paul and Thehan's structure was 83 centimeters. Trey and Garret built the tallest structure on Thursday, at 53 centimeters.
