Fuel skates had a period of popularity but have now fallen from grace because they are expensive, heavy, stiff, and rather uncomfortable. They only exist as a counterpart to Mission’s fuel stick

These Easton skates are extremely nice and expensive skates they are light, formfitting, and very comfortable to wear, although they do have the drawback of having a tendency to fall apart. This can be avoided if you perform regular

maintenance with superglue and such. A lot of professional players use them but they can afford to buy an new pair of the five hundred dollar skates every two months when they fall apart.

The One 90s are good solid skates they are reasonably priced, relatively light and comfortable enough. They are part of two different skate lines that Bauer has the One hundred series and the Vapor series. The One 90 skates are cheaper than the Vapor XXXXs.

The Rbk 9K Pumps are a well known skate. Stiff and solid they have one notable feature in their ability to pump air up air sacs in the skate boot. This allows the

skate to become much tighter and increasing the tightness of the fit makes skating much easier and reduces the risk of falling or tripping.

Vapor XXXXs are the top skate currently made by Bauer. They are a stiff boot which some people like. They are commonly used by Professionals players.

Torspo is a smaller skate company and is not very well known. They make nice comfy flexible skates. The skates aren’t too expensive

which is good. They don’t fit as well as Graf skates, but are much cheaper.

Vectors are similar in design to the Rbk pump skates, with the notable exception of not having a pump. They are stiff and heavy which is actually preferred by some people.

Graf skates are some of the best on the market they have a big reputation and a bigger price tag. Graf is a Swiss company that sells their skates solely on the reputation they have amassed over the years.

They don’t advertise or endorse pros to wear them. The skates are heavier than some prefer but fit so nicely that they feel broken and comfy the first time they are worn.
