| Basket tosses- Basket Tosses are a whole lot of fun! There are many different kinds of basket tosses. A straight ride basket toss is the original. You have to make sure you ride it up and sit when you are coming down. |
| Toe touch- A Toe Touch basket toss is really fun! You are basically doing a toe touch in the air. |

Tuck- A Tuck Basket toss is also fun! You have to bring your legs to your chest. |
| Legal Arch- A Legal Arch is when you arch your back in the air. Make sure you don’t arch it too far or that will be considered an illegal arch. A legal arch is for High School and Junior High squads. In order for the arch basket toss to be legal for High School and Junior High squads, the head of the flyer must remain inline with the shoulders. |

Illegal Arch- An Illegal Arch is just like a legal arch but you arch more. Your head is facing down towards the ground.

| Liberty- A Liberty is the most commonly one used. You can do an elevator lib or extension lib. You have to make sure your foot is right by your knee. |

Stretch- This stunt is called a heel Stretch. You have to be really flexible for this stunt. Your foot should be by you head. |
| Scorpion- The Scorpion is also some thing you have to be flexible at. You have to grab your foot with your hand from the back of your head. This takes a lot of balance. |

Scale- This is called a scale. You really don’t need flexibility for this stunt. But you do need balance. Make sure your toe is pointed. |

Arabesque- An Arabesque is very easy you have to keep your chest up and make sure your toe is pointed.
