Spirit tuck- to do the Spirit Tuck you have to bring your knees to your chest and keep your knees together.

 

 

Double hook-to do a Double Hook you have to have both legs in the same direction and keep shoulders square.

 

                                                       
                                 

Herkie- To do a Herkie you  have to have bent knee facing down, keep knee on straight leg facing upwards, bent leg, straight arm, straight leg, bent arm.

 

 

  Toe Touch-to do a Toe Touch, you have to keep your head and chest up.  Pull you legs to your arms, reach for the arch of your foot and not the toes. You have to point your toes also. when you land you feet should be touching each other.                                  
                         Side Hurdler-to do a Side Hurdler you have to have a bent knee facing the crowd, jeep your knee on your straight leg facing upwards.
  Front Hurdler-to do a Front Hurdler you have to bring your straight leg up to your chest, and land  with your feet together at the same time.                                    
                             Double Nine-to do a Double Nine you have to have your arms and legs in the same "9" position and bring your legs to your arms and keep your head up.
  Pike-to do a pike you have to keep your head up and bring your legs to your arms.
