		Originating in china, this toy dog became very popular in England, and was kept by people of taste and refinement. A very old breed, likely to become popular again.
	Did you ever know how much a Pug should weigh? Hey should weigh between 14 and 18 pounds. Which is not that heavy for a dog.
		If you are planning to get a Pug as a puppy then it is better that you bring it home in the morning so that by night time they will have some time to become acquainted with you and their environment.
	If you are planning to get a pug and train it you should start when you get it the formal training sessions should be short but frequent.
		The pug is not an aggressive fighter but will certainly defend itself if any dog dares to start anything. They might not be able to get the best of a large dog, but will try.
	Care must be taken if several pugs are together, that nails are kept short to avoid injury during play. Unless they were raised together, it may not be a good idea in every case to keep a cat and a pug together.
