Felix Hernandez, a great pitcher, is due for a great year. Last year he had an ERA of 3.92 and went 14-7. That’s pretty good but will improve this year by a couple wins.

Pitcher Aaron Harang is definitely in the top 10 pitchers for 2008. Last 2 years his ERA is around 3.5. This good pitcher could help any team out with his arm.

  # 3 ranked Brandon Webb is an overall great player. Not only is he a great pitcher as he led the Diamond Backs to the playoffs but he’s also a descent batter.

Josh Beckett as we know is great. He won the World Series and had a 20-7 record this year. He’s just a great player to sum it up.

Roy Holladay, A Colorado Rockies pitcher, may have lost the World Series. But we all expect big things for him this year. Not just for him but the whole Colorado Pitching staff.

With a 3.40 ERA last year, Kelvin Escobar is a good starting pitcher. This underestimated pitcher is 4th in the American League among ERA’s. This is a great pitcher commonly overlooked.

Fausto Carmona, after coming in 4th for the CY Young award, no one knows what is next for him. Personally I think he will do well. 2 years ago he had a record of 1-10 but last year he had a record of 19-8. This pitcher is constantly improving.

After making his new 5 year #55 million deal with the royals, Gil Meche is improving their pitching staff. He is expected to win 15 games this year at least and overall have a pretty good season.

Jonathon Papelbon is ranked first for closers. With a dominate 37 saves last year there’s no doubt that he brings skill to any Bull pin.

Huston Street is a good pitcher even though he strugled last year. I give him a good year coming.
