Tyler Kennedy was drafted last year and played his college hockey at the University of Minnesota. Also an affiliate of Wilkes-Barre, Kennedy earned a roster spot on the team at camp. His ferocious play led to a starting position on the Penguins roster, and has not let up yet. |

Evgeni Malkin is the greatest Russian born player hands down. At 21 years old he is the leading point scorer in the NHL and is only in his second season. He is from Magnitogorsk. Geno is a phenomenon. |

Finally, is Sidney Crosby, the greatest player in the world. The penguins selected him number one overall in 2005. He is the youngest player to register 100 points, win a scoring trophy, play on a junior-professional team, and be named captain of a team. Sid is remarkable. |
