Troy Polamalu was the 16th draft pick in 2004 for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Troy Polamalu went to University of Southern Carolina. This is Troy’s 4th season with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also played an important part in bringing the Steelers a super bowl victory.

 

 

Deshea Townsend went to University of Alabama. He use to play special teams but was formed into a cornerback in high school. That’s the position he starts for on the Pittsburgh Steelers. He had a key sack at the final moments of super bowl XL which secured victory for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Larry Foote went to University of Michigan. He was a fourth round draft pick in 2002 for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Larry graduated from Parish High school. Larry was a big help in super bowl XL.

 

 

James Harrison went to Kent State University. In 2004 off season he signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a back-up. Harrison’s nickname is “silverback.” On Harrison’s last college game he sacked his future team mate Ben Roethlisberger 5 times.

 

 
 

James Farrior was a first round draft pick in 1997 by the New York Jets. He went to college at University of Virginia. He played with the Jets from 1997-2001. He now plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers as a line backer. In 2005 he missed 2 games due to injuries.

 

 

 

Ike Taylor went to college at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a defensive back for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was a 4th round draft pick. He’s been with the Steelers since 2003 that’s when he was drafted.
