Regular stance on a skateboard means you ride with your left foot on front of the board, and your right foot on the back o the board. You would push off the ground with your right foot to move the board forward.

	No one really knows why most skaters ride regular, I think it's because most people are right handed. That means most people would push off the ground withtheir right foot.
	Sometimes doing certain tricks with regular stance are easier or harder. For example, I can only do a nollie (nose ollie) when i ride regular, and I normally ride goofy.

		and some that are on their way to becoming pros.
