Willie Parker was born November 11, 1980 in Clinton, North Carolina. He was signed as an undrafted free agent with the Steelers in 2004. What caught coaches eyes was Parker’s outstanding speed. At North Carolina in the 40-dash he ran incredible 4.23. In the Super Bowl he holds the longest touchdown run from scrimmage at 75 yards. He will probably be the Steelers go to back for a long time. |

Ben Roethlisberger was born March 2, 1982 in Lima ,Ohio he went to college at Miami University. He was drafted in 2004 there first round draft pick.. In just his first year he led the Steelers to a 15-1 season but losing in the playoffs. In 2005 he made it back to the playoffs but losing in the AFC championship game against the Patriots. In 2006 he took the Steelers back to the Playoffs then finally to Super Bowl 40 wining against the Seahawks. He became the youngest quarterback to win a Super Bowl. |

Hines Ward was born in South Korea and then moved to the U.S. and went to college at Georgia. In high school he played quarterback then moved to wide receiver in college and has played that position ever since. He later was drafted in 1988 the Steelers third round pick. He is on his way to becoming the Steelers best wide out in history and is also know for his blocking skills. In 2006 he was the M.V.P. of the Super Bowl. |

Heath Miller is on his way to being one of the elite tight ends. Drafted out of Virginia in 2005. His nickname was Big Money in college for his ability to catch touch down passes the way he did. Every year of his career in college he led all of ACC tight ends in receptions. Look for him to be even more dominant in the future. And to be apart of the Steelers offense more this year. |

Alan Faneca was born on December 7, 1976 and is 30 years old. He went to L. S. U. and was a first round pick in 1988. Alan was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was red shirted in 1994 and in 1995 he was voted South East Conference freshman of the year by Knokville News Sentiel. Faneca by far has been the Steelers best linemen and will be for along time. |

Jerome Bettis is a future hall of famer considering on what he did when he played. He was raised in the city of Detroit and went to college at Notre Dame. He was drafted by the Rams he got hurt and was traded to Pittburgh. He was in effective for a couple of years but later he showed all of Pittsburgh why we should keep him. It was a good thing we did to because he rush for a total of 13,000 yards and is currently 5th all-time on the rushing list. He got one Super Bowl win and it was in his home town we he retired. |
