Cocker Spaniels and Labrador Retrievers

To keep a dog healthy you have to feed it at least twice a day. During the day you could give the dog treats or leave out some dry dog food incase it gets hungry throughout the

day. Make sure you have a brand of dog food that your dog likes. It is important that your dog eats the dry dog food. It will give them the nutrition they need. If you feed your dog too much food and it gets over weight most likely that will start to decrease your dog’s life.

A Cocker Spaniel is a fury dog, so you should brush there fur everyday so they won’t get any fleas or ticks. It will also get all the lose fur off, so then they will not shed as

much. Also you should bathe it at least once a week depending how dirty your dog gets. Bathing your Cocker Spaniel will help prevent them from getting any diseases or infections that will harm them.

When your Cocker Spaniel is a puppy you defiantly have to get all there shots so they will stay healthy. These shots will help prevent them from getting any diseases or infections.

When your puppy gets older, once in awhile take them to the vet for a check-up to make sure everything is okay with your dog. Also to keep your dog healthy, always exercise them. Exercising them will keep them playful and energetic.

Cocker Spaniels are one of the earliest breeds of dogs. They can be different sizes such as small, medium or large.

These dogs were bred mostly to hunt birds. There are different kinds of Spaniels. These include Springer, Norfolk, Cocker, American and English Spaniels. Cocker Spaniels are a great dog to have as a pet.
