Swimming

Butterfly is the first and one of the hardest strokes.

This stroke requires a lot of strength and endurance.

When doing the stroke you have to push your arms

through the water and while doing a very fast mermaid

/ fly kick.

Back stroke is the second and the fastest way to travel

on your back. During a back stroke race it is really

important that you have an awesome start.

Breast stroke is the third and the easiest

stroke to swim. Make sure that you have

a tight kick and quick snaps with your arms.

The important thing when doing the stroke

is to do fast arms and long pull outs. It’s

almost like swimming like a frog.

Freestyle is the last and most competitive

stroke. Freestyle is also called “The Crawl”.

This stroke consists of strong arms that pulls

you forward and very fast kick. The head

is crucial because it could change your full

body position.
