Reese Witherspoon has been in many movies. Some of these movies include: Man in the Moon, Twilight, Pleasantville, American Physco, Legally Blonde, Just like Heaven, and the huge hit, Walk the Line. There is also a movie that comes out on October 19, 2007 called Rendition, starring Reese’s current boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal.Four Christmases is another movie that comes out next year in 2008. Reese and her co-star Vince Vaughn are remaking 1939 version of Four Christmases.

Reese Witherspoon also just won an Oscar Award for playing the role of June Carter in the 2005 hit, Walk the Line. She was amazing in the opinion of lots of critics. Many also say that she has a great voice and should start recording a country music album.

Reese played the part of June Carter, a very successful woman who started out as a comedian, and then changes careers over to a singer. June ends up marrying Johnny Cash. Johnny Cash was a friend, and also a singer. This movie was such a big hit, that she made 15 million off of it.

Reese says, “After the movie (Walk the Line) came out I started getting calls from country music record labels going, ′Do you want to make a record?′ The answer was ′no, I don’t′ I have no desire to do that again, partly because the performance element was so challenging for me.”

Then she added, “I could do it in a tiny recording studio, but then when we had to go out there, and there were thousands of extras who’d just wait for you to do something to entertain them. It was just so awful, awful. Terrifying!”
