The outsiders was a book written by S.E Hinton after that it was later made into a movie which was filmed in 1983.  It is about a 14 year old greaser named Ponyboy Curtis and what goes on in his life. Ponyboy along with the rest of the gang try to stick with each other against the socs. What are the socs you may ask; well they are west-time people who have all the money and the breaks. Also how he can depend on family&friends.
