Yum!  Snicker doodles, apple crisp, and New York cheesecake.  They are really high in sugar and fat.  Most people like to eat foods that taste good.  What they don’t know is that there are many really good-tasting, nutritious foods such as chili, manicotti, and herb-crusted pork tenderloin.  It is good to have a well-balanced diet.  That means eating nutritious and non-nutritious food.  It’s okay to eat a few sweets, but just be sure not to go overboard.  It might take a while, but making healthy foods is worth the effort.  So, nest time you are hungry, eat something healthy.
