The sport gymnastics is very popular. In 1928 was the girl’s first seen gymnastics competition. Gymnastics is a very complex sport. First, in gymnastics you start out with basic training. That includes like cartwheels, handstands etc. To be a good gymnast you really have to master the basic stuff. In order to become a good gymnast, you build off of your basic skills to make them more complicated. Gymnastics is truly becoming a more popular growing sport.
