Hockey is a very entertaining sport.  There are five players and one goalie on the ice for each shift.  However, if a penalty is called then it could be five on four, four on three,  five on three, or four on four.  The objective of the game is to shoot the puck into the net and score as many goals as you can.  But, there is a goalie who can stop the puck, which makes it harder to score. Currently, there are 30 teams in the National Hockey League.  They all play to try to make it to the playoffs, and then eventually the Stanley Cup.  There are so many talented and unbelievable players in the NHL.  These days players are getting drafted as young as 18 years old, and they are making big impacts on their team.  On my web page I am going to tell you about some of the best players, and goalies in the NHL.
