| Track is a very important sport. It takes a lot of strength and energy. It is something that you can not just blow off and you have to be very dedicated to it. It takes effort and support from many of people some of those people are your friends, family, coaches, and yourself. It takes support from yourself the most because you have to show yourself that you want to do it and that you will be dedicated to it. You also have to show everyone else that you want to do it and that you will stick with it and you will not give up on it. It is one of those things that if you practice at you will improve. It keeps you fit and it is a good spring sport to get you fit right before the summer. |
