Animal Kingdom is the largest of Walt Disney’s theme parks in Disney World. It is large enough to fit all the other Disney World theme parks inside of it. Animal Kingdom is a mixture of a wild life preserve and a theme park. There are a lot of unique animals that would not be found in the northern hemisphere. The Disney Wild Life Preserve in Animal Kingdom was created to protect animals from poachers. |

Animal Kingdom is great for sightseeing. There are acres upon acres of land filled with beautiful trees, plants, animals, and landmarks. I would recommend stopping at Mt. Kilimanjaro Safari Adventure. As seen above, you get a ride through a safari, pictures aloud, to see animals and landscaping. While waiting in line there is multiple television sets informing you about some of the animals. |

As well as a safari there are many bones and artifacts available for you to observe. The picture at the left is my sister touching the skull of a warthog. This was at located at the exit of the Safari. There is usually information near the bone or artifact to help inform you of what it was like and where it came from. These are worth their time, so make a stop at them. |

In the center of Animal Kingdom there is a giant tree. This is the Tree Of Life. The picture of the tree is below. There is a 3d show held inside this tree. The show is titled “Its Tough To Be a Bug.” The tree is a good spot for a picture since it is a one of a kind tree. |

Unlike all of the other parks, Animal Kingdom is only open until 6:00 EST. Since this is the case, you best get there as early as possible. Hit the rides you want to ride first due to your time restriction. You are able to go to a different park after Animal Kingdom closes. Make sure you check out Animal Kingdom while you are down in Disney World. |
