The Houston Texans had the first overall pick in the draft. They selected Mario Williams. He’s from North Carolina State a game changing defensive end. He can go right around the tackles and sack the quarterback with his blazing speed. He had a great career at N.C. State leading the team in sacks.

  

 

With the second pick of the draft the New Orleans Saints selected 2006 Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush from the University of Southern California. A great versatile running back that can run in between the tackles and pop it outside for a touchdown. He can also return punts and kickoffs and take it all the way back for a touchdown.

 

 

The Tennessee Titans had the third pick in the draft they selected Vince Young from the University of Texas. He is a 6ft 5in quarterback with great speed. A 2006 National Championship winner. He is the kind of quarterback who can throw the deep ball or take off and run for twenty yards every time.

 

D’Brickashaw Ferguson the fourth pick in the draft by the New York Jets. He is a first team all American from the University of Virginia. He is a big and dominating tackle who will rarely gives up a sack. He is 6ft 5in and 289 pounds with quick feet.

 

 

With the fifth pick in the NFL Draft the Green Bay Packers selected A.J. Hawk. He is a fast and furious linebacker from the University Of Ohio State. He led the team to a great season and led the team in tackles. He is a 2006 first team all American who won’t miss a tackle.
