The Steelers started off the 2005 season looking
for that one for the thumb. Pittsburgh started off the season with a
good record of 7-2, but things went down hill from there. Then
Pittsburgh lost three games in a row to the Ravens, the colts, and the
Bengal's. Peale started to think that they weren’t going to make the
play off. Then the Steelers bounced back and won their last four games
giving them a record of 11-5, and making the playoffs on a wild card.
Pittsburgh’s first game was against the Cincinnati Bengal's who we bet
but then we had to play the Colts, and the Broncos. We bet both teams
and moved on to the super bowl were we played the Seattle Seahawks.
Pittsburgh also came out on top that came win 21-10 over the Seahawks.
That win showed every one that they were a great football team and the
got their 5th super bowl ring the one they have been waiting
for since 1980. |
