The NFC North The NFC North has four teams. There are the Green Bay Packers, The Chicago Bears, the Minnesota Vikings, and The Detroit Lions. The Chicago Bears who were said to have the best defense in the league, have great linebacker Brian Urlacher and quarterback Rex Grossman leading the way. The Detroit Lions have a great passing offense with wide receiver Roy Williams and quarterback Jon Kitna. The Packers have struggled finishing last in their division with veteran quarterback Brett Favre. The Minnesota Vikings have a new offense without wide receiver Randy Moss and quarterback Daunte Culpepper.

The NFC South The NFC South consists of the Atlanta Falcons, the Carolina Panthers, the New Orleans Saints, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This is going to be a great division with quick quarterback Michael Vick for the Falcons, great wide receiver Steve Smith for the Carolina Panthers, and quarterback Drew Brees for the Saints. The Atlanta Falcons lost to their division opponent the Panthers last year. The Panthers lost the NFC Championship to the Seattle Seahawks who were the runners up in the Super Bowl to the Super Bowl Champions, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The NFC East The NFC East’s four teams look good this year. The NFC East’s four teams are the Dallas Cowboys, the Philadelphia Eagles. The New York Giants, and the Washington Redskins. The Dallas Cowboys will be great with wide receivers Terrell Owens, and Terry Glenn on the field. The New York Giants’ offense will also be great with Plaxico Burress 6’5” wide receiver, and running back Tiki Barber. The Philadelphia Eagles had a rough season last year but with wide receivers Reggie Brown, and Donte Stallworth, and running back Brian Westbrook, the should be in the race this year. The Washington Redskins should be good as well with wide receiver Santana Moss, and running back Clinton Portis. |
The NFC West The four teams in the NFC West are the Seattle Seahawks, the St Louis Rams, the Arizona Cardinals, and the San Francisco 49ers. The Seattle Seahawks made at all the way to the Super Bowl. They made it with the help of Shaun Alexander, who set the record for touchdowns in a season for a running back with 28. The St Louis Rams should have a great season with wide receiver Tory Holt, and their great running back Steven Jackson. The Arizona Cardinals have a great passing offense with great wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, and Anquan Boldin. The San Francisco 49ers should be successful with quarterback Alex Smith, and Running Back Frank Gore. |
