The to the left is Ladanian Tomlinson, he is the running back for the Sandeago Chargers. A running back is the person who is normally running with the ball. The ball will be hiked to the Quarter back and will be handed off to the running back, to try to score a touch down. The running back is a big part of the offense that scores without the running back the offense might not get as many points they do in a game.

The picture to the left is a picture of Hines Ward, he is one of the Pittsburgh Steelers wide receivers. A wide receiver is a person that sometimes blocks but mostly goes out for passes. A wide receiver will run his pattern and catch the ball with his hands and try to run for a touchdown.

| This is a picture of four of the Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman. Number 64 is Jeff Hartings, Pittsburgh's center. The center hikes the ball to the quarterback and then blocks the defense. The whole offensive line is in charge of blocking the defensive lineman so they don’t go in and sack the quarterback or tackle the running back. |
