Like most camps, there is a fishing pond at camp Kon-O-Kwee. There are three different docks to fish from, or you could just fish from the island right in the middle of the pond. There are two different bridges located at different sides of the pond. During the spring time, you can see tons of ducks from the bridge. Lastly, many people’s favorite part of the pond, the water fall. It runs all during spring and summer. Really, it is just how they filter water into the pond, but it’s just done so beautifully. Maybe if you’re lucky, you’ll catch the biggest fish in the pond, Big Bubba. |

If you’re not much of a fisherman, you may want to go canoeing. The Kon-O-Cwenessen River runs right through the middle of Camp Kon-O-Kwee. The river is always freezing, but canoeing at Kon-O-Kwee isn’t canoeing unless you fall into the river. |

The tail of courage is made up of mainly obstacles and swings. You have to maneuver through all of the obstacles pretty quickly. The favorite obstacle of many people is the rope wing. The rope swing is just a huge rope with a knot at the bottom. You have to hold on tight, though, or you’ll fall into the muddy stream beneath you! |

The picture to the left is a view that you might see from the top of the eagle’s nest, only a lot bigger. The eagle’s nest is a hike you can take up a mountain. You can see the whole camp from up there. You could also take a hike to brush creek. It is about a half-mile hike one way, and there is a super fun playground. There is a strem to catch crayfish at too. So, bring your water shoes! |
| From the outside, this looks like a smelly old barn with dirty pigs inside, but really, it is a climbing wall. There are tons of fake rocks to climb on in two different rooms. In one room, you can attach to a harness, and, with the help of someone pulling up from the ground, you try to climb to the top. In the other room, you can climb all around the walls without a harness. The point of the room is to climb around the room without falling to the ground. If you do, you could receive a special prize! |

After participating in all of the activities throughout the day, it’s nice to take a little rest. In the dining hall, there are couches to rest on, and downstairs, there is a game room with a ping-pong and a pool table. This room isn’t always open, though. And of course, there is always food. There is also a camp store with candy, clothing, and tons of random knick-knacks to buy, from cameras to stuffed animals. |
