Stunnts

Elevator- The most common and easiest stunt is an elevator.  This is a two legged stunt.  The flyers feet are also at the bases chest.

Extension- The next easiest stunt is an extension.  This is also a two legged stunt.  The difference is that he base’s arms are all the way extended.

Half around- The next stunt is a half around. This is when the flyer starts facing the back and her feet are crossed and the bases have a cross grip.  Then on the way up the bases turn there hands out and the flyer does a half turn and ends up facing the front.

Liberty- A liberty is the easiest one legged stunt.  It is when the flyer stands on one leg and goes up to an elevator level or extension level.  The bases grip is different with this stunt.  The main base has an elevator grip and the side base has her left hand on top of the foot and her right hand is under the foot.  You can also do scorpions, heel stretches, arribesses, and skaters while you are in a liberty.

Cradle- A cradle isn’t a stunt but they are what you do to get down from one.  It has many forms the easiest one is a straight cradle.  A single down is harder.  Then a double down is the hardest.  You can also do triple downs but not very many people can do those.

Single basing-   Single basing is a two person stunt instead of a four person stunt.  There is only one base and one flyer.  There are cupies, liberties, half arounds, tucks and a lot more.
