Toe Touch-The most common jump is a toe touch.  To do this you have to swing your arms bend jump then you straddle your legs at the top.  If you get them in a straight line, that is good but the goal is to get them past a line and in a “V”.

Right Hurdler- Another jump is a right hurdler.  This isn’t as common as a toe touch but it is still pretty common.  To do this jump you have to swing your arms, bend, jump and kick your right leg up as high as it will go with your left or bottom leg bends behind you.  Your right leg should look like a high kick in the air.

Left Hurdler- The next jump is a left  hurdler.  It is the same as a right hurdle but the opposite legs.  When you bend and jump tour left leg kicks as high as you can and the right leg bends behind you.
Pike Jump- The next jump is a pike jump.  It is when you swing your arms, bend, jump, then when you are in the air you bend in half.  There is a picture of it on the right.
Right Double Nine- Another jump is a right double nine.  I think these are the most challenging.  To do these you have to once again swing your arms, bend, jump and then your left leg goes straight across and the right left connects at the left knee.  Then you put your arms to match the legs.  So then your right arm would bend then your left arm would go straight across and your right arm connects to the left elbow.
Left Double Nine- The last jump would be a left double nine.  It is exactly the same as a right double nine but the opposite legs and the opposite arms.
