Welcome to Kennywood Park! Kennywood was created by Charles K. Kenny in 1898. Kennywood had many rides of all kinds and restaurants. Some of the rides that were there when the park first opened are even around today. Some rides were meant for older kids or adults. That part of the park was called Kennywood. The rides that were meant just for kids were in the part of the park called Kiddieland. This website will take you through some of the rides and get a better idea of how Kennywood’s history was like.
