In order to play soccer, you have to know the field positions. Starting from the back you have the goalie that saves the ball from getting into the goal, or scoring. Then you usually have all different formations, but you always have ten players plus the goalkeeper so eleven all together.

The object of the game is to kick the ball into the other teams net. That is called a goal. Then keep the ball from coming into your goal.
