Jessica Alba was born on April 28^th, 1981 in Pomona, California. When Jessica was an infant her family and she moved to Bilox, Mississippi. She moved a lot as a child because her dad was in the Air Force. Jessica never really fit in with the new schools and kids. She went to nine different elementary schools and three junior highs. Finally at the age of nine Jessica and her family settled in Southern California.

Jessica was in love with the idea of becoming an actress ever since she was five. Jessica Alba went to her first acting class at the age of twelve. There is when she signed with an agent. Some of her first roles were episodes like the medical drama “Chicago Hope.” In 1955 Jessica premiered in the movie Flipper. Ever since then she has starred in many other movies.

As a child, Jessica was very ill. She suffered from bad asthma and a kidney problem. Jessica was in the hospital from the age’s four to twelve. She never fit in, because when she went outside she needed to be hooked up to oxygen and have a breathing machine. As a kid Jessica tried her best to be like everyone else. Later, she realized it will not matter what people will think about her. They will no impact on me in the future.
